Position Overview: The Blind Tiger Witney is seeking a skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails, exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of mixology. Responsibilities:

• Cocktail Creation: Craft a diverse range of high-quality cocktails using precision, creativity, and a deep knowledge of mixology techniques. Develop new and innovative cocktail recipes that reflect current trends and preferences, while also staying true to classic cocktail traditions.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner. Offer recommendations, answer questions about the cocktail menu, and ensure a personalized experience that exceeds guest expectations.

• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the cocktail menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and historical context. Educate guests about the cocktails they are ordering, elevating their overall drinking experience.

• Efficiency and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available. Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service and minimal waiting times for guests.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the bar team, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Collaborate on special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance the overall atmosphere of the bar.

• Upselling and Promotion: Actively promote premium and specialty cocktails, encouraging guests to explore new flavors and experiences. Upsell additional items such as appetizers, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements regarding the service of alcoholic beverages. Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guests' consumption to prevent overindulgence.

• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies. Report any shortages or discrepancies to management in a timely manner.
